No. Horizly is an independent consultancy. We facilitate your e-Residency application on your behalf, but we do not represent the Government of Verdis in any legal capacity.
Because we tell you the truth, including the uncomfortable parts: Verdis is not yet internationally recognised, and we are not a path to an EU passport. We publish our refund policy, confirm every payment over Telegram with a real person, and give you a reference code you can track.
