Privacy policy

Directly from you: your full name, email, phone number or Telegram username, country of residence, and your package selection. During the Verdis application, we separately collect (via secure Telegram) your government-issued ID, a recent photo, and proof of address.

Automatically: minimal privacy-first analytics via Plausible (no cookies, no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking).

To provide you the services you ordered, to communicate with you over Telegram and email, to submit your application to the Government of Verdis, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your data.

The Government of the Free Republic of Verdis (application data, as required). Payment and banking providers who process your Mobile Money payment and the EUR remittance. Never advertisers, never third-party marketers, never data brokers.

Primary storage in the European Economic Area. Telegram messages between you and our agents are transported over Telegram's infrastructure; Horizly retains message summaries in our CRM (EEA-hosted).

Application data: up to 7 years after your last interaction, to meet financial-record and regulatory obligations. Marketing emails: you can unsubscribe at any time and we will delete you from that list immediately.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations. Email privacy@horizly.org. We respond within 30 days.

We use a single functional cookie to remember your currency preference. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking.

Horizly services are for adults aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, please do not submit personal data.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in our community channel at least 14 days before they take effect.
