Terms of service

Horizly OÜ ("Horizly", "we", "us") is a consultancy registered in Tallinn, Estonia. We help individuals apply for e-Residency and related services of the Free Republic of Verdis.

We provide two things: (a) consultancy and application-assistance services, and (b) a payment-facilitation service that converts your Mobile Money payment into EUR and forwards the Verdis government fee on your behalf. We are not a licensed payment institution or a bank, and we do not hold funds longer than required to complete your transaction.

We are not an agent, employee, or representative of the Government of the Free Republic of Verdis. We cannot issue e-Residency, approve applications, or grant citizenship.

When you place an order and confirm your Mobile Money payment on Telegram, you explicitly authorise Horizly to: (a) receive your Mobile Money payment in your local currency, (b) convert it into EUR using our banking infrastructure, and (c) remit any applicable government fees to Verdis on your behalf.

Our service fees (the package price) are separate from any Verdis government fees. Service fees cover our consultancy, payment conversion, and support. Government fees are payable to Verdis and are disclosed to you before you pay. Government fees are non-refundable per Verdis policy once paid.

e-Residency and citizenship are granted at the sole discretion of the Verdis government. We can improve the quality of your application and provide priority handling with certain packages, but we cannot guarantee approval. Descriptions of "eligibility" mean exactly that: the right to apply, not the certainty of approval.

You agree to provide accurate information, to not misrepresent your identity or eligibility, and to not use our services for unlawful purposes. We may refuse or terminate service at our reasonable discretion, in which case we will refund your service fees per the Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horizly's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the service fees you paid to Horizly in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost opportunities or speculative future benefits of Verdisian e-Residency or citizenship.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are first resolved informally; unresolved disputes are submitted to the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms. We will publish material changes in our community channel at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
