Refund policy

This is the full refund policy. We've written it so a normal human can read it. If anything is unclear, message us on Telegram (@horizlyorg) and we'll explain in real words.

1. Verdis government fees β€” non-refundable

Any fee paid to the Government of the Free Republic of Verdis (e.g., the €300 citizenship processing fee) is non-refundable once paid, per Verdis policy. This is outside Horizly's control.

2. Horizly service fees β€” refundable if Verdis officially denies

Our service fees (Basic and Plus) are refundable if the Verdis government officially denies your application and your package does not include Denial Protection (i.e., you did not purchase VVIP Premium).

  • We deduct a $30 administration fee from the refund.
  • Refund issued back to you via Mobile Money in your local currency, using the same rate we quoted at payment.
  • Timeline: up to 60 business days from confirmed denial.

3. VVIP Premium β€” Denial Protection instead of refund

VVIP Premium customers receive full re-application support if denied, instead of a refund. This is the point of the package β€” we solve the denial, we don't refund your way through it. If, after re-application, Verdis denies a second time, we refund Horizly service fees per the same terms as Section 2, minus the $30 administration fee.

4. VVIP Premium add-on β€” refunds are pro-rata

The VVIP Premium add-on is refundable pro-rata if we fail to deliver the specific benefits included (e.g., fail to secure vouchers, fail to waive the €300 fee, fail to deliver the application writing service).

5. Document Booklet shipping

Standard shipping ($60): non-refundable once dispatched. Tracked shipping ($85): fully refundable if delivery confirmation is not achieved within 90 days.

6. Cooling-off period

If you change your mind before we submit your application to Verdis, you may cancel for a full refund minus a $30 administration fee. Once we submit to Verdis, sections 1–4 apply.

7. How to request a refund

Message us on Telegram (@horizlyorg) with your reference code (format: HZ-XXXX-CC) and "Refund request". We'll reply within 2 business days with the next steps and an expected timeline.
